Loves Watching Pat Work with Her Horse
You are so awesome to say thank you just isn't enough. I loved watching you work with my mare and felt totally comfortable at all times. It is the first time I have ever watched anyone work with her and felt that way. Plus, it was really amazing to actually be able to read her as you were working with her, again I have never seen that in her with anyone else.

Excited and Confident after Natural Hoof Trimming Clinic
I recently completed a 3 day Natural Hoof Trimming clinic with Pat so I could learn to trim my own horse's hooves. It was a great experience. I learned so much. Pat is a wonderful teacher and a very knowledgeable horse person. I am so excited and very confident that I can now maintain my own horse's hooves. I really loved becoming acquainted with the power trim! I would highly recommend her Natural Hoof Trimming clinic to anybody with a desire to learn this type of trimming method. Thank you so much Pat for your time and patience.

Completely Sound After One Trim
Here is a picture of Narnia and I taken on the beach a few days ago...just wanted you to see what your handiwork has accomplished! She is doing really well, absolutely no lameness or stiffness.

Cindy - regarding Narnia

Note from Pat: This horse was so lame she could barely walk when I met her. There was no way she could be ridden. I only trimmed her once and she was completely sound right after that trim. Very cool.

Handles Horses with Skill and Quiet Confidence
We met the Wagner's almost 2 years ago when we moved from southern California to Washington State. Our 2 older geldings had been going barefoot for about a year, and we were quite concerned about finding a good natural trimmer for them. It took some doing, because natural trimmers are, unfortunately, still scarce! The Wagner's, Pat and her husband Rich, took our call and agreed to come out to our place, even though they had a 5 hour drive, one way! We couldn't have been more thankful!

What a marvelous job they did, start to finish. They did not rush. They handled our horses with skill and quiet confidence and care. Pat was very knowledgeable about the hoof and did a fantastic job! Through the year that they were able to travel and trim for us, we acquired several more horses, some with feet in really rough shape. Pat was able to help us get them on the healing path, (along with a diet change!).

And as impressed as we were with the skill Pat has, we marveled that she only got better and better! We joked with her about starting the Pat Wagner fan club! All joking aside, the Wagner's are really great folks, who really know what they are doing. We can confidently, highly, and respectfully, recommend Pat for the work that she does as a Natural Hoof Care Practitioner. Thank You Pat and Rich!

RUNNING Across Gravel
Even after all the trimming you did on my mare on Saturday, she was absolutely not sore at all! She was RUNNING across the gravel. She's moving better than I've ever seen her. I imagine six months of your ministrations is going to help this horse feel better than she has in YEARS. It brought tears to my eyes to see her galloping around yesterday.

Getting Up & Down Easier
This morning I noticed Soquili had rolled, first time in a long time. I don't think he was spending much time down because it was hard for him to get up. It was encouraging to look out and see him so dirty.

Walking Much Better
I was watching little Dallas move to the barn to avoid rain that was coming down in buckets, and I noticed that she is walking so much better! She's just moving easier and her legs are positioned differently, not so upright in the back. Thank you my little natural hoof practitioner! Little D is doing great.

Caring for Club Foot
Molly my filly has a club foot. I have been working closely with my farrier Pat Wagner since 2004. Pat has been trimming Molly every five weeks and sometimes more often. Molly's feet are natural and tough as nails. She is a paint filly with white feet. Pat suggested we put pea gravel in Molly's paddock, which I did after much research. The pea gravel is what toughened Molly's feet. I love the pea gravel. Keeping her paddock clean of manure is easier. Molly’s hooves are doing well and we have an excellent compost pile!

Excellent Care & Helpful Information
We have been working with Pat Wagner since June 2006. Pat is prompt and professional during our appointments. She is always ready to provide information and answer our many questions. We appreciate the kind and patient way that she works with our horses, especially our young filly.

Since we have started working with Pat she has taken an interest in our "special needs case". "Taz" had a broken leg as a filly which never received veterinary attention. She is making good progress under Pat's care and in sandy footing can get out and run like a normal horse.

All of our five horses have shown improvement in soundness and hoof quality with natural trimming. We would recommend Pat and natural hoof care to any horse owner who wants to do what is truly best for their horse.
